• Your billing information and shipping address when you check out.
• You email address, zip code when you submit inquiry.

Wave Frontier Co will not disclose your personal information:

• Wave Frontier Co will not provide or sell your personal information to third party.
• Wave Frontier Co will not call your phone number without your written request.

If you are having problem with product:

1. Please use the contact us form to request support.

2. If you ordered a product by mistake or want to return the product, all your purchase is subject to the following product return conditions;

• Product must be returned in 30 days

• Product must be in a new-like condition (no scratches)

3. Return conditions and process;

• Buyer must receive return authorization number from Wave Frontier Co.

• 5% ~ 25% restocking fee will be deducted depending on costs involved to ship out product.

• Buyer must pay for return costs.

• Return must be sent by Fedex Ground, BaxGlobal or UPS.

• Buyer needs to email tracking number.

• The refund will be made on the date when product is received after inspection.
